A couple of weeks ago the first half of a large Blend Bunny delivery landed, led by the remastered Blends. The pieces we said were still in transit have now arrived, and the headline among them is the whole Psilocybin collection.
Psilocybin eyeshadow palette - $75 CAD Built around mushroom nymphs and the colour territory psilocybin pulls from: earthy soil tones, coral brights, and forest greens across 30 shades, with silvery sparkles threaded throughout. The cover art is by Aubrie K, three nymph figures in mushroom-cap headpieces and ivy. The campaign behind it was photographed and art-directed by pro makeup artist Jordan Liberty, who built the surreal, fairy-like, psychedelic imagery by hand, with no AI, in keeping with the brand's stance on paying and crediting real artists.
Creators reached for it across very different looks. @deandranicoleee swatched the full collection and walked through the colour story shade by shade, @battybean_ built a fairy look in the palette's dusty purples and a pale sparkly green, and @linsmakeuplooks used it for a multi-toned gradient cut crease.
Masterclass Psilocybin cheek palette - $55 CAD A 4-pan cheek palette by Jordan Liberty, in two colourways that share the same pair of lusters, the citrus Subliminal and the strawberry-tourmaline Zeitgeist. Version I pairs them with the lavender-violet blush Cloud Nine and a light tangerine; Version II goes brighter with a vivid fuchsia and a red-orange. @amylovesmakeup unboxed the magenta, yellow, and green quad, @battybean_ used it to finish a summer fairy look, and @s.andromedae pulled the red blush for a flushed cheek.
The collection's three lip pieces, also designed with Jordan Liberty, round it out. The Masterclass Lip Oil Gloss - $22 CAD carries the two Psilocybin oils, Delulu, a clear wash of pastel pink and green with diamond-like microshimmer, and Spaced Out, a sheer grape with white-gold multichromatic microshimmer, both enriched with hyaluronic acid and cherry oil. The Masterclass Pro Lip Glaze - $22 CAD adds Delirium, a demi-opaque light taupe greige in the lipstick-gloss hybrid formula. @battybean_ swatched all three on the lips.
Rotten eyeshadow palette - $63 CAD The other Mei Pang collaboration, alongside the Efflorescence palette already in stock from the first half of this delivery. Twenty avant-garde mattes in shades of mold: pale blues, moldy greens, rusty oranges, mustard yellow, a deep red, cool brown, humid black, and fuzzy white. battybean built a high-shine editorial eye from the mattes Marrow, Whisper, and Humid, and @s.andromedae made a smoky eye from its muted teal and metallic olive greens.
Masterclass Structure palette - $69 CAD The Jordan Liberty sculpting palette is now here in all three depths, Fair/Light, Medium/Tan, and Dark/Deep. Each holds 8 shades that blend bronzer, blush, contour, and lustre into one palette, from matte brontours and bronzers to a brilliant lustre and a single blush. @xanderbehr used it for a sculpted, bronzed look and praised how the shades blend.
