Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed. All orders are shipped from Squamish, BC, Canada. 

Shipping and processing times may vary during holidays, sales, new product launches, and force majeure events. We will publish updates on accurate time frames here.

We do everything we can to keep shipping prices as low as possible and ship as fast as possible. Please be aware that any delays incurred by the carrier are at their discretion and not at ours. 

The carrier might require you to pick up the package at the post office rather than deliver it to your door at their discretion. We are not responsible for any package not picked up for any reason.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Purolator for domestic shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and DHL for international shipping. 

Please note that we're currently unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.

Taxes, Duties and Customs. Please be aware that International Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government, as well as carrier fees for processing any such charges. 

ATTENTION US CUSTOMERS: Applicable duties and taxes, including any tariffs currently in effect on imported goods, are calculated and collected at checkout. Nothing additional is owed at delivery. What you pay at checkout is the full landed cost of your order.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Please note: We are not responsible for items damaged, stolen or lost in transit. We will file a claim with the carrier or assist with filing a claim with Route if needed—please refer to the Refund Policy for the process details. However, we have no control over the carrier's or Route's claim review time or their decision. We highly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection to cover shipping risks.

Canada Post Priority™, Xpresspost™, and Expedited Parcel™ shipping options include $100 CAD in insurance with Canada Post. For additional insurance, please add Route Shipping Protection at checkout. 

Shipping with UPS includes $100 CAD in insurance with UPS. For additional insurance, please add Route Shipping Protection at checkout. 

Shipping with DHL and FedEx does not include insurance coverage. To insure your package, please add Route Shipping Protection at checkout.

ADDRESS MISTAKES

When checking out, please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your order. If you made a mistake, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend it, but there is no guarantee: Once the order is processed for shipping, we cannot change or cancel it. 

RETURNED PACKAGES

Any package returned to us due to address inaccuracies or recipient unavailable for pick up will incur a $20 CAD restocking fee on top of any and all charges related to its shipping. We will cancel such a returned order after we receive the package unopened. The cancelled order will be refunded less shipping costs and a restocking fee. Any package returned damaged, unsealed or incomplete is not refundable and cannot be re-mailed to you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If the assigned carrier has confirmed delivery of your order, we are not responsible for sending a replacement package or issuing a refund due to lost or stolen mail. We highly recommend purchasing the Route Shipping Protection at checkout as well as shipping to a safe address.

If the assigned carrier has confirmed your package is lost by them, please contact us immediately.
