Yesterday evening, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers launched a national strike. Canada Post parcels will not be processed or delivered until the strike ends. They will not accept new parcels, and parcels already in the postal network will be secured and delivered after their operations resume.
We turned off Canada Post shipping options on the website until the national strike is over. What it means for you:
For Canadian customers: Currently, all other carriers continue their operations as usual.
For Canadian customers who need to ship to a PO Box: Unfortunately, only Canada Post can deliver to PO Boxes. If you want to place an order that ships to a PO Box, please reach out - we can still help you place the order to secure your products. But unfortunately, the order won't ship until Canada Post operations resume.
For international customers (except the US): All our international shipping options currently work as usual.
For US customers: Unfortunately, we currently ship to the US with Canada Post only due to the new US tariffs. This means that shipping to the US is paused once again. We will resume shipping to the US as soon as the strike ends.
Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
