A lightweight base for shimmer, metallic, and chrome eyes. Smoothed onto the lid and left to turn tacky, Lock in Glow grips pressed pigments, multichromes, loose pigments, and sparkle shadows so they sit brighter and more reflective, with less fallout and migration through wear. Buildable from a soft everyday glow to a full sparkle payoff.

Use and storage

  • Keep in a cool, dry place.
  • How To Use: Apply a small amount directly to the eyelid using the precision applicator or fingertip. Blend into a thin, even layer and allow it to become slightly tacky. Apply shimmer or pigment shadows on top using a brush or fingertip.
  • Pro Tip:Β Less is more. Start with a very thin layer and build only if needed for maximum sparkle impact.
