A clear tacky base for loose pigments - holds the colour shift in place and prolongs wear. Tap a small amount onto eyelids, cheeks, or lips, then press pigment on top while the primer is still tacky. Or mix it directly with loose pigment for a cream eyeshadow finish. 3ml in a childproof push-and-twist jar.

How toΒ use:

1. Using a flat brush or a finger, tap a very small amount of primer onto eyelid/cheekbone/lips
2. Tap a small amount of your Loose Pigment of choice onto the sticky base
3. Build up the layers to achieve the desired effect and intensity
