Mixing medium

A clear liquid that turns loose pigments into a waterproof, long-wear formula. Add 1-2 drops to any pigment, mix on a palette, and apply with a brush for liquid liner, graphic looks, or face and body art. Dries in about 30 seconds. 10ml with a pipette dropper.
